Kumho Industrial announced that it will open a sample house of'DMC Kumho Richensia'

on November 22, which redevelops Gajaeul 9 district in Namgajwa-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and is starting to sell it in earnest.

A total of 450 households will be built in the area of ​​290 Namgajwa-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, with 4 floors below the ground, 29 floors above the ground, 5 buildings, and an

exclusive area of ​​16-84㎡.

An official from Kumho Industry said, "This is the first high-end residential-commercial

complex that enters Gajaeul New Town, and has excellent access to the central business

districts of Seoul such as Sangam DMC, Gwanghwamun, and Yeouido." As it is built into a

The application of this complex starts with special supply on November 27th, the first-

ranked region on the 28th, the first-ranked other region on the 29th, and the second-tier

on December 2nd. The winners will be announced on December 6th, and the party contract

will be held for 3 days from December 17th to 19th.

The sample house will be provided at 223-6 Jeungsan-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and the move-in is scheduled for June 2022.
