Though different countries, people usually have similar thoughts and questions about the world. For example, in any country, three questions are asked by elementary school studen-ts the most. First, who created the universe and how. Second, when did the earth come about? Third, when is a person on earth?

What these questions have in common is that if you were born as a human on the earth,

it's a fundamental question that everyone wants to know. Similarly, there is one thing that business executives who are born in this world and are on the path of businessmen. “How can a company succeed?” is to.

'Four roads' in front of Businessmen

In fact, every entrepreneur in a business has four roads. The first is to become the “first co-mpany” in your business. The second is to become a “plus company” that does not have a deficit even if it is not first. The third is to become a “deficit company” that is neither a

top company nor a profiter. Fourthly, we will end up as a failed company without ever lea-ving the deficit company.

In the midst of these four roads, I think that any business owner wants to be the first com-pany. But this is the "fun part" of the business.

It means that if two people with the same condition start a business in the same field, on the same day, at the same time, on the same condition, it will be easy for someone to suc-ceed while no one succeeds. That's why corporate executives embrace their heads saying, "How can you succeed in your business?"

'Five Conditions of Success for Lighting Companies' Enlightened by '34 Years of Fie-ld Experience'

So how can a company succeed in business? In particular, how can a lighting company be a successful company? So, “I hope that the managers of domestic lighting companies wou-ld be able to help me with this question. . ” The 2020 Korean lighting company, publishe-d in the first page of this newspaper, summarizes what I have seen, heard, felt, and thought in the domestic and overseas coverage sites for the past 30 years. 5 success criteria for "

If you sort the 'five success conditions' in order, you become ▲ basic ▲ market ▲ custo-mer ▲ honesty ▲ communication. To put it simply, “any person (customer) who has the right foundations for a lighting company, adapts to changes in the market, satisfies custom-ers with products, is honest in any situation, and affects the survival, development and success of the company. The lighting companies that communicated actively and deeply became successful in the end. ”

In fact, since 3 years before I founded Join Media Group on March 10, 1989, I have met

domestic lighting companies for business reasons. So my relationship with the domestic

lighting industry and lighting companies is 34 years. In the meantime, I, like you, have see-n countless so-called “successful” lighting companies.

But few of these lighting companies remain. Most of the lighting companies that were tol-d that they were "successful" eventually failed in business and disappeared into the back

of the lighting industry and lighting market. I think that's because these companies either didn't know or didn't know the “five success conditions of lighting companies.”

“The first of these is honesty.”

Maybe some people ask me this. “What is the most important of the five success conditio-ns mentioned above? If there is such a person, I will not hesitate to refer to the fourth 'ho-nesty'.

Of the five success conditions, ▲ basic ▲ market ▲ customer ▲ communication can be

refilled even if you lose one or four. However, if one loses honesty, he will not only lose

everything he has, but also cannot recover twice. That's why I chose honesty. So, “Loss of basics, markets, customers, and communication is losing a little. But to lose honesty is to

lose all.

In particular, the 2030 Millennials and the 3040 Generation, who now occupy the mainstream of the market and customers, say that they hate to lie to them. If you can't believe wh-at these people say, I would recommend counting how many companies have lied to you and have been boycotted or eventually closed.
