It is the high-tech companies that are currently leading the world industry. Then, in what

environment are these high-tech companies working? This would be an area of curiosity

for anyone who work in a typical business.

In connection with this, on July 6 2020, IDEMIA of Japan, a world leader in the field of

augmented identification, relocated and opened its Japanese headquarters with five

divisions to Shibuya, Tokyo.

The newly established IDEMIA Headquarters in Japan also has an experience center that

exhibits IDEMIA technology that supports corporate and government solutions.

Based on the strong brand power in Japan, IDEMIA's new headquarters in Japan provides customers with the latest technologies and solutions from five business divisions under

IDEA, including financial institutions, mobile operators, biometric devices/cars,

digital/public security, and identity verification. It is an ideal place to check.

At the newly opened experience center, you can see a wide range of ideas from IDEMIA,

from contactless biometric readers, face recognition technology, smart bank cards, video

research technology, digital payment solutions and SIM cards to the latest 5G demos.

The IDEMIA branch in Japan has grown explosively for five years, and the new office will

have room for more people by 2023. The relocation of the head office in Japan reaffirms

IDEMIA's continued commitment to the Japanese market, while reflecting expectations for rapid sales growth in Japan.

It is also a proof of the strong customer and supplier relationship that IDEMIA has built

with large companies in various industries in Japan. Indeed, many Japanese companies

have adopted IDEMIA's biometric payment cards, digital payment solutions, eSIM services, and contactless fingerprint recognition technology.

In keeping with the mission of providing a seamless customer experience, IDEMIA's new

headquarters in Japan is equipped with the MorphoWave™ Compact, a non-contact fingerprint reader for physical access control.

It allows fast, smooth and secure employee identification. Even without a key or ID card,

you can access by waving your hand in front of the biometric reader. The fingerprint

matching system can be used to implement security in the office.

Nobuyoshi Nezu, Head of Japan and Vice President of Sales at IDEMIA, said, “I am very

excited to set up a new nest in Shibuya, Tokyo. And through this, we are trying to build a safer and more user-friendly community.”

He said, “By securing more space, we can double the number of employees and build

close collaboration and teamwork among employees, customers, and suppliers. "We plan

to continue."

Meanwhile, IDEMIA, a world leader in augmented identification, provides a reliable

environment for ordinary citizens and consumers to perform important daily activities

(payment, connection, travel, etc.) in physical and digital spaces.

Keeping identity secure has become an essential part of doing things in our modern

society. By advocating augmented identification technology, companies innovate the way

they think, produce, use, and protect these technology assets whenever and where

security is important for everything, including individuals and objects.

The company not only guarantees personal information and reliability, but also guarantees secure, certified and proven transactions for customers in the global financial,

telecommunications, identity, security and Internet of Things (IoT) sectors. IDEMIA employs more than 15,000 people worldwide and serves customers in 180 countries.
