On June 19, 2020, Kumho Construction (CEO: Jae-Hwan Seo) announced on June 19 that

the'Yeoju Station Kumho Eullim Bertis', which was introduced in the urban development

rate in Yeoju City.

 

According to the Korea Appraisal Agency's subscription home, on June 18, the first-order

subscription for 'Yeoju Station Kumho Eullim Bertis' was conducted, and a total of 1,590

people applied for 555 households excluding special supplies, with an average of 2.86 to 1, the highest of 11.1. It recorded a competition rate of one to one.
